Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access to the Arena is either via the entrance doors on Bolero Square or via the lift form Lower Parliament Street. Once inside the venue there are lifts to all floors, disabled toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users.
Hearing Assistance
A hearing assistance system is installed within the Arena via prior notification through the Box Office on 0115 853 3002. Hearing loops are also installed at the Arena Box Office.
Parking
Limited car parking spaces are available in Dean Street which is adjacent to our venue. If you have special needs please contact us directly on 0115 853 3002.
