Can I take photographs and video footage at the event?

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited in the Arena. Tapes and films may be destroyed, deleted or confiscated.

Is there anywhere I can store my luggage at the Arena?

If you have luggage you will need to use the storage service at your hotel as there is no space in the venue.

Can we bring our own food and drink into the Arena?

A variety of refreshments are available within the Arena but please be advised that you cannot bring your own food and drink into the building.

Will there be any where to put buggies and pushchairs?

Yes we do have an area for you to store your buggy or pushchair but please note this will be on a first come first served basis and space is limited.

I’d like to visit Sherwood Forest on my trip to Nottingham – how do I get there?

Where can we park when we get to the Arena?

Although there is no official car park connected to the venue there is plenty of city centre car parking available within walking distance of the Arena. All car parks are clearly signposted on the main approach roads and you can log onto Nottingham Arena's Car Parking page for more details. Limited disabled car parking is also available on Dean Street which is adjacent to the venue.

How do we get to the Big Top from the Arena?

The Big Top will be located just a short stroll form the venue. Please follow the signs on the day or ask a member of staff to point you in the right direction.

I want to stay overnight in Nottingham – have I left it too late to book a hotel?

There is a large selection of hotel accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets available within the city but please note that the event is very popular and you may find some hotels already fully booked.

What else is at the venue?

There will be a book store or you could even try your hand at ice skating at our venue.


Although Nottingham as a wealth of fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the venue there is also a variety of food, drink on offer at Nottingham Arena. We have put together a tasty menu selection which will be available around the Arena concourse over the five days.
