There is no additional booking fee.
Postage of £1.50 will be charged when the tickets are mailed out.
Children under three will have free admission when not occupying a seat and tickets will be issued on entrance, please mention when booking.
People with Disabilities
Nottingham Arena is easily accessible for visitors with disabilities but if you have any queries or questions please call the Box Office on 0115 853 3002.
Hearing Assistance
A hearing assistance system will be installed within certain areas of the Arena.
Please notify the Box Office in advance, on 0115 853 3002, if required.
Hearing loops are also installed at the Arena Box Office.
BSL Interpretation
BSL interpretation will be available on Saturday and Sunday only. To book your designated seat please e-mail boxofficestaff@trentfmarenanottingham.com
Wheelchair Users
There are seating areas throughout the Arena auditorium for wheelchair users.
Wheelchair and limited mobility access
Wheelchair access to the Arena is either via the entrance doors on Bolero Square or via the lift from Lower Parliament Street.
Once inside the venue there are lifts to all floors, disabled toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users.

For disabled people who cannot attend the event unless they are accompanied, a free ticket is available for a companion to accompany them. Please request this at the time of booking your seat.
